New Orleans native Chef Brandon Thomas has spent over 20 years developing and advancing his skills and knowledge in the culinary field. While having the opportunity to travel and work around the U.S., Chef Brandon has been able to learn and work with ingredients and cuisines that are region specific. These experiences have developed his eclectic approach to food and hospitality, which he brings to the table.
After years of working in kitchens, Chef Brandon moved to Denver to attend Johnson & Wales University. He continued to work in the industry while earning his A.S. in Culinary Arts, B.S. in Culinary Arts/ Food Service Management, and Master’s in Business Administration. Chef Brandon then moved on to running kitchens in different cities, where he oversaw the growth and operations of multiple new and existing local food service establishments. Throughout these relocations, Chef Brandon also sought opportunities to work with local organizations to share his knowledge with others and give back to his community. He finally decided to leave the hustle and bustle of restaurant life and began working for himself as a personal chef and culinary instructor.
When Chef Brandon is not cooking amazing meals for others to enjoy, he enjoys riding his bike around the city, trying new beers from local breweries, and going to see live music. He currently lives in Providence, Rhode Island with his partner Laura.
